Lately I've been thinking about how I am truly in love with my son. I never knew motherhood would be this way. He laughs and smiles all day long, every single day. He makes me so happy.
Ah, the life. Beach views, lobster tail dinners, my skin turning red and annoying Japanese tourists. Dave and I had such a blast on our little cruise to Catalina Island and Ensenada, Mexico. We left Kai with my parents...but really started to miss him at the end.
Have you been on a cruise? You should go! Here are the pros: Food, entertainment, beaches...all available and planned for you. Cons: constant rocking motion gets a little annonying. All it all, totally worth it and a great value!
Life is happy as usual around my house. It seems to drive my mom crazy that I terrorize the bookcase daily. But my dad can't wait for me to walk. Here are some recent happenings...
I got my first ear infection which has not been too fun.
We have been spending a lot of time with my cousin buddies. Cooper is my best buddy. (Even though he drools on my toys.)
Jemma is my other favorite. She is always a sucker for the old 'binkie snatch'.
But after I steal her binkie, she always gives me "the look". Women.
You may not know this about me...I LOVE Riverdance. It may be the fact that my name is Irish, it may be the amazing music and dancing, or it may be the awesome leather pants.
This was their farewell tour so my mother took Kacie and I to see it at the Mesa Center for the Arts.
